Our Returns Policy
Changed your mind? Don't worry you can return items on return address in 14-days from the day you received your order from us.
IF ANY GARMENT IS DAMAGED THEN YOU MUST REPORT IT IN 24 HOURS AFTER YOU RECIEVE YOUR ITEM
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging new mailing bag same condition as you have received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase please add order number
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item refund will proceed.Please allow 5-7 working days.
If you receive free postage due to £50+ order then if you would like to return the order, delivery fee will automatically be charged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alhaya@gmail.com
Free exchange of items if applicable
Customer will pay for return postage.
We don’t cover shipping fees on returns.
Sale items are non returnable.
